Made appointment for 830 am a week out. Took day off work so that I could be there. Nobody showed. Called at noon to ask what was going on. He offered no explaination and simply said he would aim for 3. Explained I couldn’t be home then and he didn’t seem at all fazed. Suggested maybe another day. Like maybe I should take a second day off work in case he decides to show up this time. Now off to find another plumber that I could have done a week ago. Completely unprofessional and an utter waste of time.
