Over pricing
I agree with many of the other poor reviews. Recently they apparently changed my bill due date. It would have been a courtesy to send a letter notifying me of the change instead of adding it as kind of an aside to the most current bill.
Can't even pay my bill and I've tried for days and customer service was rude and very unhelpful. If I had other options for utilities I would e said goodbye long ago!!
