I go in the office and get parts for my well.The ladies up front are always helpful and super nice. I have also gotten great advice and service repairs from them. I just want to say I appreciate y'all and thank you🫡
Ben gave me a verbal estimate. Bill was 2k higher. Called asking if they were willing to make it right. Didn’t get a call back for 2 weeks. When he eventually answered my call, I asked if they did written estimates, Ben said yes. I didn’t get one. Ben then proceeded to call me dishonest and “trying to take advantage of a situation”. If that was my employee, we’d be having an immediate sit down. I would have shopped company’s as the price I was billed is a premium for this job. Have used them in past multiple times.
