Try to get trees planted 2023 had all scheduled for September pick trees out and everything didnt receive a call until November so we told them never mind so we went again this year about a month and a half ago had it all scheduled July 23 was the date to have them planted no calls. No nothing. He calls us today when were getting ready to go out of town and I explained the situation what he done to us last time and this time. He didnt care, we were fighting. Not aware of his frustration until now of the delay of the order in November of 2023 but apologize for his frustration. The recent miss of the appointment for the 23rd of july was my "screw up", I overlooked the appointment the day of the job. Called ************ the next day to explain my mistake but the damage was already done. I was wrong, he is angry, end of an unfortunate incident. Move on and do better next time.
