Willits mini storage has been a pleasure to work with. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice. We needed a temporary storage solution and this place went out of their way to accommodate us. They cleaned another unit the same day so we could move our stuff in. I highly recommend this facility. We will be using them again for future storage solutions.

Be warned...No refund if you move out early...also raising rent every couple months for what???? No electricity for heating and cooling.

They have rules about payment. Once you’re late it’s hard to pay. That being said they are generally easy to work with and the Yard Sale is a blast.
