I rented a large storage in February. I moved stuff in for two weeks. Was there last in the middle of February. I went back on April 3rd. A large rat had gotten in and left filth on my van cushions that were made to fit in a van and on a new queen sized mattress duvet I hadn't even used yet. I had not a bit of food in there. I paid for April. Now I have to buy another mattress cover for my bed. $120. Will also have to have another van bed cushion made as it's made to fit in my van bed. Can't just go buy one. Willits mini storage has been a pleasure to work with. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice. We needed a temporary storage solution and this place went out of their way to accommodate us. They cleaned another unit the same day so we could move our stuff in. I highly recommend this facility. We will be using them again for future storage solutions.
