Please bring this to the attention of the Owner :George Pappas( Im almost positive he is not aware of Neglect on Customer services at his company........ BEWARE OF WILLISTON PARK TV!!! TERRIBLE customer service. I spoke with a rep one day who told me the cancellation was 24 hours before the appt and when I called back earlier than 24 hours prior to my appointment a new rep told me that I had to pay a cancellation fee (keep in mind I was already charged $130 before they even showed up). This was NOT the case when I first called as I took explicit notes thinking I may have to cancel as I had other obligations going on. I have a 2 part rating. Moe came to my house. Extremely professional and polite.It was for a warranty repair, Samsung Q TV. Moe diagnosed the problem and returned with the part. TV now again works 4 weeks later. I give Moe ***** . As for Samsung, I have had the same problem now on 2 TV's. Their standard answer "We are sorry for the inconvenience". I have 5 Samsung TV's. We won't buy a 6th. They get *, and I'm being nice. Matt S

Just had Moe a technician here for my washing machine. Wore a mask and shoe protectors. Moe was very polite, efficient and knew right away what the problem was. Thank you Moe and Williston Tv

Moe came and repaired the ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator. The ice maker had frozen over. He was extremely polite and very efficient. Moe was also masked, which we appreciated. He's obviously very well trained both technically and in customer service. I can recommend Williston without hesitation.

We had Junior service our TV. He was courteous and professional. He answered all our questions and made the repair quickly with no mess. We are very happy with the service we received and would use the company again if needed. Hopefully we will not need to.

This is one time I’m excited about writing a review! This morning I had the pleasure of having Junior as my service tech. It is very rare in these days of consumer technology when you have the opportunity to receive service with true level of respect, backed in a wealth of knowledge about his job, and the ability to articulate to me the problem and the course of action taken to rectify the problem efficiently. Never again. they came and ended up breaking my range even more. the technicians two of them were very incompetent. Had to have a professional come after to fix it. Terrible customer service at this place as well.
