Dr Gaines is great, but the front desk/receptionists are absolutely horrible. Very rude and unhelpful. Son was in the hospital for a week and doctor never received any of our messages.
Dr Gaines is the best! *But* all of the providers here are wonderful, too. We've been coming here since 2010. Excellent care and their walk-in cannot be beat.
My children have been patients here for almost 10 yrs. Will always highly recommend, they are amazing and very personable.
