The first visit was very nice, but after that waiting times became long or my appointment was rescheduled for later. He uses no dental assistants or hygienist and does the work all himself. When he needs a hand, he has his receptionist step in. He or his small staff failed to reimburse me, but submitted to 2 insurances. They also made claims about procedures that weren't done and failed to correct it.

Dr. Kasparian really took care of me. He took me in as an emergency visit. The wait time was very little to none. He explained everything before hand before doing the procedure. I will be definitely coming back.

It was a nice, clean office the Dr and his staff were very kind and polite.. He explains everything very clearly!! Would definitely recommend this office!!

So I just left the office and a couple things. First I was there on time, if not a minute or 2 before my 10:00 am appt, yet waited 20mins when no one else was in the office. Second, he did a cleaning and there was nothing special about it, same cleaning I get from the other dentist I have gone to, and at the end he offered me a teeth whitening packet as he said he did this for me the last time. Dr Kasparian is very easy to talk to, explains everything well, and also does the cleaning himself. I never thought I’d find another dentist that I actually enjoyed going to, but I did! I highly recommend him! And his receptionist is so kind too. Very clean/nice office.
