We had an appointment here on January 2, 2025, to order sunglasses. The exam itself went smoothly, and the staff are truly kind and do their best to help. However, I would strongly recommend getting your prescription here and ordering glasses elsewhere. After our appointment, I called three times with no response, visited in person twice, and even sent an email—only to finally receive the glasses on March 27th, nearly three months later. Incredible service. They got me in as a new patient same day, when I had abrupt vision changes that were concerning and potentially an emergency. I was provided with comprehensive, compassionate care, and diagnosed appropriately. All staff were lovely. Dr. Nate Horlick is extremely knowledgeable.
Great personality behind the desks. Welcome you right in and for me… 30 minutes later I was done out the door with glasses on the way. Fast efficient and responsive
