They had an issue following up my insurance that extended my wait for months. Then when I asked for the prescription to buy glasses elsewhere they insisted I buy them there because it'd be covered by insurance. It wasn't. I spent $700 on a pair of thin glasses.
Had Nate this time and was very pleased with his approach. He listened and addressed all of my concerns/questions and I felt like he genuinely cared and wasn't just rushing to get to the next patient. And the lady (can't remember her name) who helped me select my glasses and add-ons was very friendly and helpful also. Overall an excellent experience and I got a better deal here for my glasses than I did from Lense Crafters 2 years ago. In network versus out makes a huge difference.
Great staff and extremely responsive to an eye issue that could have developed into a serious problem. They found the time to help on a very busy day. Dr. Nate and Kim saved me a lot of pain and trouble.
Love the new ownership. Modern, quick and comprehensive care. Plus doc is super nice.
It was like a family reunion! I had been treated by Dr. Marconi and Kim before. Now they have a new practice, and it's nice to renew old friendships. Thank you!
