Really great service, very kind as well as efficient. Very good music too. Will continue to go here for future Eye appointments and any new glasses

Eye exam & new glasses ordered 6/11/2025. Was told new glasses would be ready within two weeks. New glasses acquired 07/14/2025 Voicemails left: 2 Callbacks received: 1 Texts sent: 6/27/2025 - 7/9/2025: 3 Responses to text messages: 0 (Note: Their voicemail message states, "For fastest service, please text our phone number.".) The one and only time I was contacted by Maple Eyecare was to tell me that my glasses were ready. Today's date: 7/14/2025 100% failure rate in communicating with a patient who COULDN'T SEE.
