Unless you want to deal with such disorganized chaos do not go here. I have never delt with such horrible disorganization before in a billings department. No one knows anything. They all give different information and no straight answers. Sidney is much better. There is zero competency here.
3 and half hours for them to lie to me and tell me I dont have strep because I no longer wanted to wait. Wouldnt provide me with the test results either. Went to trinity an tested positive for strep. I dont understand how CHI is still even open with the absolute lack of knowledge they have.
The hospital said I was unable to pick up my baby and called CPS on me, i have told them about myself that I twork overnight shift , I happened to take a nap around 11 am or something and didn’t answer the phone but I did a couple hours later about 2.5-3 hours later and they called CPS on me . They also told me it’s ok if I leave the hospitsl and come back since they gave me a wrist band. To get something done through billing department (the Phillipines) is impossible!! Continually call them and get NOTHING done.
