I’ve called everyday for over a week. Not once did someone answer the phone. I have left 2 voicemails, do you think someone ever called back? No. Way to show you care about people and their health.

I had a fast and friendly experience at my first appointment..my medicine was called in and ready at my pharmacy within an hour of leaving the office..
Went to med ctr on Thurs Dec 21. Dr prescribed 3 prescriptions. Emailed to local drug store per assistant. Here it is Tuesday, Dec 26 and still no prescription at drug store! I grabbed a bottle of Mucinex and feeling better today! I am so relieved I didn't have a serious illness. Also, such a shame there is only one drug store in town and it is privately owned. Such a shame for folks living in Williston.
