Superb experience! Really well-run office and extremely knowledgeable and patient doctor who really took his time. Dr. Van Dyck was thorough and helpful and Sarah with glasses fitting was super efficient and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend for kids and adults!
Once we finally had the correct directions to find the office(Google maps had us on the other side of town)check in was friendly. My daughter's exam was fine. Dr Van Dyck was friendly and professional. Check out was horrible. When I mentioned that we would be purchasing her computer lens elsewhere as we do not have frame coverage on our insurance, she became very rude advising to be cautious of online stores and no online stores offer the prism lenses that were recommended for my daughter. This was my first visit and the entire staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Dr.Van Dyke was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He gave me information and suggestions regarding my dry eye difficulties that no other doctor had made. I highly recommend him and the Williston MyEyeDr office.
Ashley at 802 in Williston has always been so helpful and fun to work with.
