While traveling through town, Marissa and Dr. Van Dyck took time out of their busy day to help troubleshoot an incorrect contact prescription from another location. Excellent customer service that helped me see for the remainder of my trip!
The staff at MyEyeDr in Williston are wonderful. They take their time with each patient and even help you find the right glasses, etc., with extreme patience in my case lol.
I went to Williston Store to have a rubber piece put on the bow of my glasses and a very polite young lady greeted me with a smile and in a jiffy she replaced both changed nose pieces handed em bacons wouldn’t take any pay as I had bought them there She’s a star to me I wish every one is that accommodating Hey Lynn, how do I send that?
