Just OK, front desk is very polite and professional, the doctor was nice but gave us conflicting information and the person that checked us out also gave conflicting information (she also interrupted my sons exam to ask the doctor a question, which I found very unprofessional), so checking out was a frustrating experience. The selection of frames is just OK, not a lot of options and not fully covered with insurance. I came by recently, on a Thursday, to get an eye exam along with new frames and was met with an experience that was uncomfortable enough to make this place difficult to recommend. The good : They have a great selection of brands if you're looking for nicer and fashionable frames, plus the saleswoman walked me through everything that my insurance would cover beforehand so I could make a well-informed choice. I was told by an office staff that I had an appointment for today but when I put it in my GPS it said the office was closed so I called to see what the problem was and the after hours person came on and told me that you were closed today. I think this should be checked into and why I was told it was today!
Dr. Alexander Van Dyck and the staff were terrific! I recently had my very first eye exam and this team was incredible in explaining the process, making the most of my insurance benefits and giving their valuable opinion in eye-wear. I was highly impressed with their professional manner and the care that I was provided. Bravo.
Quick and easy eye exam, plenty of frame options to choose from, got my glasses about 2 weeks later and love them! I didnt realize how bad my vision was until now. Shortly after, my glasses were broken by someone at my work, i went into MyEyeDr and they were immediately replaced thanks to the warranty i bought. Thank you for all the help!
