Been going to this office for 15 years. They cancelled my wife’s appointment 6 months ago because a bunch of the hygienist left. Told her they would put her on the list. You call they say you’re on the list. They just cancelled my appointment and they still haven’t gotten back to my wife. They are advertising on the radio and tv for new patients when they aren’t even seeing old patients.
I had always gone to my family dental practice. However, I went to college out of state and when I returned that dentist had retired. I spent the next 10–15 years looking for anything that even resembled that level of comfort and support. I have always had extremely bad anxiety about medical appointments. Especially, because I spent years in a system that automatically dismisses young women with anxiety. Any issue I had was blamed on me, or my anxiety. I visited this dental office for seven years. For many years they were good. Recently they've undergone some staffing issues. They recently canceled my cleaning one day before my appointment and the soonest they could rebook me was eight months in the future. They provided no solution other than this and were completely unapologetic. They did the same thing to my partner months later. It seems like they are having major staffing issues, and I would not recommend this office until that were resolved.
Highly recommend Dr. H, Almana, and team. Needed a fairly complicated bone graft and implant performed and felt very confident in Dr. H the whole time. Thanks again
I was referred to Williston Bristol Park Dental by a co-worker as I have a lot of problems with my teeth and anxiety around going to the dentist.
