I'd like to provide a summary of what's going on here. I've seen most of the dentists here and they are all incredible, 10/10. They provide excellent care and advice. Unfortunately the staffing shortage has been handled extremely poorly to the detriment of existing patients teeth. Appointments are cancelled with little notice and no quantifiable information is given of how far behind they are. It seems they lost more than 50% of the hygenists in 1 year? This practice does not deserve all the NEGATIVE reviews due to a hygienist shortage. It’s unfortunate that ppl would take time out of their day to write a negative reviews due to circumstances to which they have done the best they can to remedy. This practice has always been good to me and my health.

I had a cleaning with Dr. H and Almana today. I’ve been coming to Bristol Park Dental for over a decade, my dental care with them has always been top notch. They care about their patients hygiene and overall health. It’s no secret the industry is as a whole is having a hard time with finding dental hygienists- but it’s to no fault of the practice itself. I did have to wait a bit longer for my cleaning, but I did get in, and was well taken care of. They care about their patients, their practice, and employees. Thank you!
