Avoid this practice at all costs. Most especially if you are in search of a practice to provide routine, basic dental care. Have been patients here for about 20 years with a few recent ownership changes, through the most recent owners who seem determined to try to bring in new patients wanting the more expensive, “vanity” procedures with no regard for the longstanding ones who have relied on them for dental care. I have been a patient for almost 30 years, before it was called Bristol Dental. I have nothing but rave reviews when it was under Comprehensive Dental with Dr. St Amand. For almost 2 years. I have had my appointments cancelled with statements saying that I would be contacted once something opened up. I was on a three month schedule so this is a lot of cancellations.
They got me right in for a broken tooth and fixed it in only one visit. Very friendly and responsive.
From the first phone call to become a new patient, through the x-rays, cleaning, conversation about work to be done and check-out, along with all my dental anxiety the entire staff works with you and with a smile. They squeezed me in to get things done before my insurance ran out in record time. I had the best experience today getting a filing, I am very happy. Totally grateful to this wonderful team.
