Lady in service is rude and not helpful. Will be looking for another company to use going forward.
I highly recommend WillisKlein! Very knowledgeable and professional service. They were very responsive and helpful.
Middletown location. Second time, on two separate occasions/needs, a scheduled visit didn't happen...no notification sent...when called to check status of service tech was simply told no one would be making it out but "hopefully tomorrow."
