Picked up hardware from here for a client of mine. Clean and beautiful showroom with very knowledgeable staff.
Connie and Beth at the Middleton location are about THE nicest people you could ever work with. I had to replace a bunch of door hardware from my home 40 minutes away from the store. They stayed late and helped me get it all done so I won’t have to make a return trip. Plus Connie helped me pick out hardware for my in-laws. I will always return to Willis Klein because of the great customer service these ladies gave me!! Thank you so much!!!
Lady in service is rude and not helpful. Will be looking for another company to use going forward.
