Recently had a problem with my power tripping out. As I had been putting up surround sound speakers, thought I had nicked a cable. Called Willis and Ward on a Saturday morning and Phil came out within the hour. Did a load of tests on sockets and found that our dishwasher plug and socket were burned, thankfully not my drilling!
