Made time in a booked up day to come and diagnose an installation error made by another company. Willis and Son didn’t fix my issue, at my request, as I dealt with those who made the error. However, they did work me in when the other companies were giving me week long wait times with a leaking AC unit. Also, set me up for success to speak with the other company. Mega impressed.
Don't return calls, never showed up. Won't call to say they are on their way, Won't call to let you know they aren't able to make it either.
