Thanks! First of all I would like to say the store is filled with employees, you would think that one of them would be able to help me. 15 min later I get help. So I need new boots, I am a size 9. Buy boots only later to find out on the slopes that they feel too big ( like I told the YOUNG MAN at the store) stop by another store only to find out that the boot they sold me was a size 11.5 thanks! I will be sure to tell my friends about you!

Don't try a return! I just had the worst experience here trying to exchange a set of snowboard bindings in which a strap broke on the first run the first time I used them. Luckily when they broke the Willi's at seven springs replaced the strap no questions, but I was still unsatisfied with the product. They refused to exchange and said it was a manufacturer issue. I told them there was no manufacturer issue since it was fixed by another store and that the real issue was that I was unsatisfied with the product since the strap... read more

Great shop This is the best place if one has to buy the skiing instruments & accessories.We purchased from this store all our skiing stuff & they give huge discount.There will be sale going on most of the time.The prices are also very reasonble & the quality is also very good.The staff are very good & helpful.

I think this is a family run business and you definitely got that vibe. I don't know if it matters but yjr address on this site is wrong. They are at 4163 William Penn across from panara... The employees is always what makes a good store fantastic. And this remains true at Willi's! They took the time to make sure I was in the right boot "Salomon Max 120". Brian was awesome. He answered all of my questions and helped me with everything I needed. He gave me the best prices that he could for all of the things that I got. The pr... read more
