My parents bought a 2012 Forest River Cedar Creek 5th wheel from Willis RV. When I spoke with Bridget she advised that everything works good. Knowing that my parents will live in this full-time as their home, they delivered it on Oct 2nd 2022. When we hooked up the washer/dryer combo it leaked everywhere, and the electric igniter didn't work. I called Bridget and she said she would call the guys and see what they say! I can't tell you strong enough words to not purchase a trailer from this company. Everything goes smooth until you drive off the lot. Then everything goes downhill. The septic wasn't working when we hooked up the trailer. Rats in the trailer underneath. Water heater doesn't work. Kitchen and bathroom sinks don't drain. All we have heard from them is well you bought it as is. Oh and we bought a adapter for gooseneck they hooked it up and the hitch needed to be welded as it is loose.
