We paid $539 via CashApp for a used tire, but the technician arrived with a completely worn-out tire. Our driver refused it and requested for a better tire as that is in bad shape. The technician left and never answered our calls or emails. . We told them on email they could keep the $200 Gone on Arrival (GOA) fee, but asked for a refund of the remaining $339. We were on our way from FL to NC when our tire went flat on I-95 at 8:30PM on a Friday night, pouring rain - no tire or automotive shops were open. We found Willis Roadside on Google search, of the 5 or so companies we had called for help, Willis was the only one to call back. They came within a reasonable amount of time, and changed out our tire in the pouring rain to get us back on the road. Willis Roadside was an answer to our prayers - truly amazing 👏
