Willis Propane, when owned by Charlie Willis, was a great company but now that it’s owned by Casey Elliot, it’s horrible! In April, he told me I had a propane leak after a tornado and that I needed a plumber to come and check it out. When the plumber came out, he said that there was absolutely no leak and that Casey was an idiot. He said he may be able to fill the tank, but he definitely can’t read it. I had to pay a plumber $200 to tell me there was no leak After which Casey then filled it with Propane. Today Casey came out... read more
This place is run by an amazing family.. they care about their customers so much.. they went out of their way outside of their normal Business hours on one of Oklahoma's coldest days this year (2024) to meet me and fill a propane tank. I am very grateful and my family and I are forever customers!!!
