Don’t use Willis Pool Service to refinish your pool. Tyler doesn’t stand by his work. The crew he used to resurface my pool did a terrible job. My hot tub jets and air blower have not worked since he refinished my pool. The crew allowed the resurfacing material to get into the drain and jets. We had to dig it out of the drain ourselves just so we could still use the hot tub. The jets and blower are permanently damaged and cannot be fixed without digging up the pipes and replacing them.

Tyler is extremely knowledgeable; we had to address more than one issue for our pool and he was patient, responsive, and had great ideas how to approach each one. He completed the work in a timely manner with great prices & spectacular results; we will definitely be repeat customers going forward! Riley, in the office, is helpful, warm & understanding! We had a very positive experience all around and will recommend them to friends going forward!

We have been using Willis Pool Service since we got our pool in 2024. We have never had an issue, and our tech Braden is great. He always answers any questions we might have, comes about the same time every week, and always leaves it sparkling. Shout out to Braden! I always recommend when I can.
