After being with this company for over 20 years with multiple policies and set up on auto pay. No one had the courtesy to call when a auto pay declined and allowed my policy to lapse. Long term customers should not have find out from MVA that there policy has cancelled. I contacted Willis over a week ago left several voice messages and still have not received a response. If you are a consumer choose a company that value your business and not just their commission.
Excellent experience signing up my son with Willis.
