I was directed to get an appointment with the service department due to a light that kept coming up on my new vehicle. I had the appointment but explained to Don that it was just a light and felt it was just something they could just reset. He was nice enough to do this for me. 5 min, in and out. 100% satisfied. Thank you.
Nothing but problems with the parts department here. Had a great experience buying our truck here 1 year ago but the parts department is a joke. Had a fender fly come off my vehicle we had less than 3 months August of '23. Husband called to it fixed. Said they didn't have the part and would call us when it's in. Never received a call back but received an email telling me I missed my appt. We live almost 2 hours away, can't just drop in. Whenever you call no one answers or gives a call back.
