Can you please deliver our belongings that you picked up June 19 and were supposed to deliver to our new home between June 23 and June 27? It is now July 21 and my 3 kids, husband and I can no longer continue without our things. I appreciate that half of it got here last week, 21 days after it was scheduled to be delivered. But we really need the other half. My kid's clothes, the kitchen table, bedding, my shoes. Thanks.

Janie worked with me setting up a video call to survey the move and we had everything planned. The buyers realtor screwed up and had the buyer taking possession on Thursday instead of Monday and Janie worked with use to meet our changing plans. The load arrived on the day we wanted and unloading went smoothly. The only regret I have is we did a self-pack so we are still unpacking.
They broke my cinder block fence while moving my neighbor out and they refused to repair. I spoke with the owner and he was adamant that it was not his concern.
