Willis Mechanical installed a new geothermal system in the home I purchased it has never worked properly. I have never called Willis Mechanical and spoke to a human. only voicemail. multiple voicemails have gone unreturned. internet contract forms have gone unanswered. obviously Willis Mechanical does not stand behind their installations.
Willis is fair and honest. No one else touches my HVAC.
Takes good care of his customers, reasonable & quick to respond so you won't be too hot or too cold ..
Willis was absolutely outstanding! I've been without a/c for 14 days due to another company with terrible service and Willis came out on the same night and worked on my GeoThermal unit until nearly midnight and didn't leave until it was running! He will be my go-to A/C guy from now on!! Thank you so much for helping me!
We had Willis Mechanical install our new Water Furnace Geo Thermal systems in our house. He did a professional job and is always quick to respond if there are any questions. Now, we have Willis come out twice a year to change filters and do a through check up. If you have heating or air conditioning problems, I would highly recommend Willis.
