Borrowed a laptop for the first time, spent three hours on a term paper. Saved it to documents, as any normal student would, and shut it down to get to a printer. Open it up and my document's gone!?!?! Three hours of work up in smoke!! And the desk tells me AFTER all this "Well yeah, it erases everything once you close it down." Not okay. At All.
