Exceptional and prompt service, even though my situation was convoluted and difficult. Melissa was a delight to work with regarding scheduling, and even when complications came up with our repair Chris was right on top of it. My riding lawn mower is working better than ever, and I don't think I'll ever go to anybody else for maintenance work if it needs it in the future.
These guys have always treated me fairly and I felt for a good value. They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain things. Lucky to have them nearby! I appreciate being able to see the same person and know he has 30+ years of experience with this kind of work!
I took my Husquivarna riding mower in for a transmission issue. It turned out to cost too much to repair (it was a 13 year old mower). The folks at Willis gave me a good trade-in and a great deal on a new Big Dog zero turn. I was very pleased with the service. Good folks to work with.
