They kept my Ryobi zero turn mower about 2 months, it held a charge for 1 week after it was returned to me. When I used it 1 time, it has not charged over 70% since. They charged me 1900 dollars! Ryobi claims there's nothing they can do?! They suggest I let Willis have the mower again to check it out. If I give them the mower again I think they'll keep it until September!
Fixed my Ryobi Mower under warranty, no cost. Even took the time to show me how to fix a repeated issue I ran into with the start switch becoming loose.
They got my push mower blades sharpened in like 5 minutes!
