It's a great ramp for small flat bottom boats or canoes . The alligators are great they swim around like Labrador retrievers. The fishing is really good. This ramp is perfect size for in and out boat retrieval not to gathering and hang out with all your cars and trailers because the other people that actually have boats that live right there can't get in or out because of it . . Parking is in serious disrepair. Washed out drainage has resulted in severe degradation of the side parking areas and off the side of the concrete ramp. Deep potholes are the result of zero drainage plans. Nature has been left to run its course and it has scooped out holes and ruts.
