I have had a terrible experience with this office. They are poor communicators and are highly disorganized. It took over a month to schedule our first appointment, not because the doctor's schedule was full, but because I had to keep calling back to get them to actually open and finish our chart. Now that we are supposed to go in for a follow-up, I am having the same issues.
