We went to the ER for a broken arm and the staff (nurses and doctors) were absolutely fantastic. The nurses were very professional and attentive. The doctor was one of the best I've ever seen. He made the entire family feel very at ease. Even though no one wants to go to the ER, I would definitely return if I had to.

I see low reviews here but in my case this ER is actually great. The staff are very positive, kind and respectful. I was having pain in a small area in between my breasts and stomach. They ran an X ray, CT scan and Ultrasound. In the ultrasound the doctors discovered that I had stones in my gallbladder and it needed to be removed. The doctor who brought the news was very positive and supported me because she knew it was a hard time for me. I brought my 9-year-old son in for chest pains it was three patients there so I was like ok we going to get seen quickly so we waited they called the three that were in ahead of us but then it was another patient came in maybe 45 minutes after us they called him to the back way before they called my son and when they did call us to the back we had to wait in the hallway bed no room and still had to wait out in the opening of a hallway so unprofessional I feel this is every time I come rather its years From now on, and in the... read more

All I can say is that my son has a history of sporadic nosebleeds but nothing chronic. The last 24 hours he has experienced 6 nose bleeds which have been difficult to stop. WKB did nothing. All they said was well there isn’t anything there right now. They did not do an ENT consult. They did not try to silver nitrate it. You cannot get into an ENT (which he has an appt) for weeks. Just called this morning at 6 am to ask if the ER was busy so I wouldn't have to drive my wife in and she doesn't get seen for 10 hrs. And the person in ER that answered the phone told me she couldn't tell me how many if any were there. Four days before this I called and they told me no one was in the waiting room. They need to remove this young lady. This ER doesn't even deserve one star. I'm sorry to say that this is where our medical field has come to. Try other places before you try Willis Knighton.
