All staff were willing to listen to concerns, gave compassion, and made sure to thoroughly check many aspects of condition. Even with a complex issue, all nurses and physicians/ physician students made sure to rule-out any other conditions first before making a decision. I appreciated how the staff made me feel comfortable with blankets and other amenities! In addition, I was recommended to go to a specialist post-care from this team. Wonderful staff and made sure to provide care to the best of their ability in the clinic.

We went to the ER for a broken arm and the staff (nurses and doctors) were absolutely fantastic. The nurses were very professional and attentive. The doctor was one of the best I've ever seen. He made the entire family feel very at ease. Even though no one wants to go to the ER, I would definitely return if I had to.

I see low reviews here but in my case this ER is actually great. The staff are very positive, kind and respectful. I was having pain in a small area in between my breasts and stomach. They ran an X ray, CT scan and Ultrasound. In the ultrasound the doctors discovered that I had stones in my gallbladder and it needed to be removed. The doctor who brought the news was very positive and supported me because she knew it was a hard time for me.
