They love cutting patients off while they're responding. They don't like to properly ensure that patient get the care they need. Don't come in if you can't speak either, cause they'll cut you off even more. Sore throat, can't speak, can't swallow food without pain, and they can't do anything. Least in Florida hospitals, you'll get a steroid shot to help with the swelling. These people just want to gossip and push patients out.
Samantha (the charge nurse for the weekend of July 4, 2026), Stephanie, Kaitlyn and nurse Paul (ALL WHITE), ALL HORRIBLE NURSES WITH NO PROFESSIONALISM at this emergency room. I went in with severe pain around midnight; I am giving 1 star bc the triage nurse was nice and got me right on back to a room. Thats when it all went downhill. They started an iv and gave me pain meds and fluids, did not come back to check on me ONCE in 4 hours until i went to CT; then waited another 2 and half hours to get results from a dr who did not explain anything or even seem to care. They placed me in a hallway and it took them from 9am when I arrived n the er which I understood waiting for about an hr. Till 2:00pm to have me laying in a hallway all day for a doctor to talk to me. Around 3 to do an ultrasound and be out the door at 4. Never coming back again. Christus emergency room was not like this they actually put u in a room and get u in and out. It doesn’t take all day for them to get results or have a doctor come talk to me.
Don't bother coming here. The other WK ER's are fine just not this one.
