Made an appointment for 1 pm today with Jeremy to repair 2 doors, and he called to do the repair over 2 hours early. I let him know I can't do that early, and he was extremely rude, giving attitude. He kept saying he had nothing else to do and needed to come now. I said I need to keep the 1 pm appointment. He said he might be there or he would try to be there. I said you can either be there or not so which is it. He said I can't be there and told me to call the company if you have an issue with it.

Living near this business sucks. 18-wheelers up and down our small street all day long. If the trucker gets stuck because they didn’t make a sharp enough turn to get up the road, they just blow their horn until people come outside. Recently at 7:45am.
