My Infiniti XQ80 transmission broke down and I called Isaac from Infiniti service and explained what has happened. He asked to bring it so they can decide what to do. I dropped it off and the next day he called and told me that the transmission will cost $8000 but he going to send a message to the company to find out if I have extended warranty. UPDATED REVIEW: When I first purchased a new Infiniti the servicing area had some pretty serious issues, which it looks like they are trying to address. My understanding is that area is under new management, and they did recently put in a serious effort to fix ongoing issues with my vehicle. Isaac was great to work with.
