I'll start this off with the obvious. This is a moment in life you dread. You just don't want to do it. The emotions are real and raw. But then when I called and Jana made accommodations to meet myself with my wife and daughter in tow on a Saturday morning that took SO MUCH pressure off of us instead of feeling "rushed". Willis granite had the two times I've had to use them, funeral markers, great to deal with. I would highly recommend them.
Avoid this company at all cost! They fail to return phone calls, emails, and even when you stop by their showroom they are beyond rude and unprofessional. I have no idea how a company with such poor business acumen stays open. There are too many other options in the market place. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere and avoid the frustration
