Katie stopped by our home and measured to make sure the pieces I was interested in would comfortably fit in our family room. She followed up with an email and sent sketches so I could be certain the sofa and chair would work out. She was very helpful and her suggestions for pillow fabric were perfect! She is awesome!

Wish I could rate this place lower due to the worst customer service from their employee Kathy (SP??). The table we bought had a manufacturing defect with the surface finish that causing the finish to flake off after 3 months. We undertook the warranty process as required. Onsite inspection by Willis Furniture affirmed there was a finish issue. Willis Furniture requested the opportunity to attempt a repair.
