Dr Gaffney successfully preformed a difficult double inguinal hernia repair for my benefit in Nov 2011, he was very professional. They are kicking me out as a patient, All because I question why they charged me $262 to see ben for a 5-minute visit so he could write me a script. They told me the service was going to be no more than $70 over the phone, twice. Once before the exam and once after I got the bill and I questioned them.
