Willis Diesel did an amazing job on my truck. Not only did they complete a CP3 conversion, but they also kept me updated throughout the entire process. When I picked up my truck, it was spotless—washed on the outside and detailed under the hood. I 100% recommend Willis Diesel and their entire team for their professionalism, quality work, and attention to detail.
I have never been treated so rudely by a business owner in my life. I dropped my truck off to Willis Diesel in the morning. I was told by the owner he needed to clean out a bay then would pull my truck in and look at it. I heard nothing the rest of the day. The next morning I called and was told by a very rude receptionist that the owner was out on a test drive and would call me when he was back. Again I heard nothing the rest of the day. Had my truck for over 3 weeks, when i finally got tired of it and went and picked the truck up after the second time it went back into the shop, i looked at all the parts they had claimed to replaced. nothing was done to the truck, nothing had been fixed, and the truck was still in the state that it was in when originally dropped off, had to take the truck to a different mechanic to verify this. in the end they caused the truck to go into limp mode.
I am super happy I chose to go to Willis, they really care to get your truck running properly! Trevon is really fair on his prices and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your machine when you get it back! They had to tear my truck completely down and rebuild it and it runs 1000x better then it did! They also took the extra step when they were in there to test and check parts so I wouldn't have to comeback anytime soon! I would highly recommend Willis and his shop to do any work on your diesel!!!
Took my f250 in the other day to have them look it over and make sure everything was right and they did a great job. He knows what he’s talking about. If you need a diesel to be worked on take it here!
