We contracted with Willis Custom Docks to rebuild a 30+ year old dock. Marco came out and he provided an estimate and a sketch of the new dock. They removed the old deck and old pilings. They drove new 6x6 piles and installed a new structure and new decking. All the materials were good quality. Marco was very professional and would follow-up on questions via text or phone call. We were all pleased with the new dock. They did a great job and cleaned up after they finished. I would highly recommend using Willis Custom Docks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contacted Willis Custom Dock on January 29, 2021 for an estimate to replace the bulkhead at my home. I contacted them because several neighbors had work done by his company. In February, 2021, Tony came to look at the job and took measurements. After dozens of emails asking for an estimate and Marco’s promises that he would get me a price, I’m still waiting. This company is replacing the bulkhead right now at a home on my street. Great Service with Reasonable Prices......I have been using Willis Custom Docks for multiple projects over the past 5 years....they expanded my dock to accommodate a pontoon boat, and have repaired both of my lift motors on 4 separate occasions (every time the lake level gets above 204' elevation, the electric motors go under water). In most cases they were able to save the electric motors after drying them out. Recommend them highly. Gary Fransen Lake Conroe
