Purchased 2015 Silverado new from Willis and have used their service dept repeatedly. I have been extremely happy with the service dept. and especially with the Service Manager, Ken Biddle. He has worked with me on repairs that may have cost me more if he had not gotten in touch with GM and recommended certain aspects of the repair could be partially covered by related recalls.
