Took my 17 Durango GT+ in for a possible oil/ transmission fluid leak on Tuesday. From the time I walked through the door I felt welcomed. Ms Esther was the Customer Service rep and Mr Willis was there to greet me as well. Note: vehicle was dropped off close to closing so that they had the vehicle the next day for work. Mr. Willis and his technicians are the best! I have several commercial fleet vehicles of different types, and they have been able to diagnose the issue and repair them in a timely manner. The absolute best repair shop in Jacksonville!!! They keep me in business .
Willis Auto does great work at very reasonable prices. Give honest quotes, call to give you status updates, and do them in very reasonable timeline. Super friendly, and will explain exactly what they did and why. Highly recommend as your go to mechanic!
