One of the rarest services you can find is an honest and good mechanic who truly knows cars. That’s what I found when I met the Willis family at Willis Automotive Repair. I always take my car and my mother’s car there for service. Just recently, I needed an oil change but woke up to my car not even turning over. AAA came and said I had a dead battery. Willis Auto helped us out so much while we were on Vacation on Topsail..my car died at our rental and we had it towed to Willis bc they came highly recommended and they Def delivered.
This is by far the best experience ive had when it comes to going to a shop. They are not only great Mechanics but they will treat you as family.
Willis was referred from a family friend and they did not disappoint. Very friendly and quick with repairs. We were so satisfied with the work from taking one vehicle that we currently have a second vehicle there being repaired.
After we were given a quote by another dealership for our check engine light I decided to search for another company. Willis Automotive Repair came up and after reading the reviews we decided to take our car there. That was a good decision. Awesome customer service with a great turnaround. I highly recommend them.
