Called three time for am appointment and never had anyone return a call. They use a service who is to not notify the company. It’s unknown if the company ever gets the message.
The technicians that performed the air duct cleaning in our home were polite , professional and conscientious. They explained the process each step of the way. The job was not only thorough, they left my home immaculate after they cleaned up. I would highly recommend Air Duct!
