Staff is very caring and concerned about you personally as a person. True there are a lot of groups but that is on your side. It gets you out of your negative head space and into thinking about positive recovery thinking. You are fed quite well there, with plenty of snacks and drinks. For you smokers, there's plenty of breaks you won't be crying when is my next cigarette break.
