The receptionist refused to make an appointment for my 5 week old son as his registration hasn't gone through yet ( we registered him 4 weeks ago, it's supposed to take 5 days). The guidance for this is that patients can have up to 14 days of treatment without being registered. I then phoned the Longstanton branch who immediately booked him in this morning. I am very disappointed. In fairness, the practice is usually a very good one.
Since all the regular doctors left the surgery has gorn downhill and it's a nightmare getting past the receptionists sometimes I'm thinking of changing my doctors.
