Spring 2023, I hired Andy Willingham / Willingham Engineering (now Willingham & Towne Engineering) to conduct a feasibility study for a vacant 2-family .55 acre property in New Paltz, NY. We hired Willingham Towne Engineering to re-create a septic plan for a complicated property. We have a pond and a ton of rock, so the approved septic plan that we inherited when we bought the property was extremely over built and over priced, not to mention just a bad plan that did nothing to protect the environment from run-off.
