Have gone here for the past few years and has always had a good experience with Dr. Strong and the rest of the staff. Very much appreciative of the free pair of contacts to try after a new prescription. Great selection of eyewear as well.
Chelsea was extremely helpful, she thoroughly answered all my questions and was able to fix my glasses for me. Really unique selection of frames at this store.
I've been a patient at WHEO since moving back to Vancouver. Dr. Kim and team have been AMAZING! As someone with major eye issues, I feel very well taken care of here. My young daughter (who typically doesn't like visits to most doctors) loves coming here for her regular eye exam. It is a warm and inviting place. I've purchased eyewear here and the experience was also above and beyond. They have a really cool collection of frames. Contact fittings are also a breeze.
The staff here really know what they’re doing and always explain things in a simple way.
My family has been coming here since it opened, as we’re just across the street. The doctors are amazing and very friendly. My 1 year old and 4 year old had checkups done and it went really well. They’ve even helped repair my glasses a few times.
