I ordered my tires three weeks ago. I stopped in and the gentleman was very nice. took all my info down and he had to order my tires. He said to give him two weeks. I called back after three weeks because people get busy. He did not bother to enter my name into his book because he had no idea who I was. blew it off and said he deals a lot of tires. I agree with that but he should be more organized and keep track of customers. I will not waste anymore time. I will go else where.
RecommendedFlat tire on a Sunday evening, from out of town. Called multiple tire shops, including Walmart in Wadsworth who were all open when we called, but would not help us. Willig called us back and offered to leave his cozy home to come out in the cold and fix our tire. Replaced it for a very excellent price. Very good service and very nice man to two women with a car full of teens.

This place is excellent! Honest, Fair, and Efficient!! Needed 2 tires to get me through winter and part of spring, before I get a new car. My Dad let me know how well Buddy did for him, so I went to check them out. Buddy found me a really nice pair of Cooper tires and quoted me a very reasonable price for the tires w/ labor included. Where to go when you have a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon? I went to Willig Tire. I had friendly service, a reasonable price, and was on my way within 25 min. They saved my day.
The staff are really great guys and their prices are impossible to beat. They've got my tire business for the rest of my life.
