I went to Willie’s to get my rack and pinion fixed. He had my car for a week. During that week, my car was going back and forth from the garage to what I am assuming waiting area for cars that are working on or worked on. I was able to drive the car to him. He told me that he was able to drive my car. Before leaving the I was able to crank the car up. I saw that it needed some gas so I decided to go get some and come back to the car. I recently took my car there and got told how crappy my car was but not to my face, not realizing I was behind him I heard very clearly how unprofessional the guy that owns the place really is (not going to include the rest of what he had to say “against guidelines”). I got recommended there from a great friend and even so it’s not her fault. My car is old yes but still runs and gets me to point a & b. I called traveling from Texas and ended up with a flat tire needing a patch. Tire pressure was on 0 and the gas station we pulled into just so happened to not having a functioning air tank so we could have enough air to get to the shop. Mr. Will answered the phone and instead of me having to call a tow truck - he graciously brought an air tank from the shop and had me follow him back! Prompt, urgently and affordable!
