We bought a 2018 wilderness camper from willies in Oct of 2023 sales staff was very good and treated us very well . We bought the warranty and when we tried to winterize in fall or 2024 the pump didn't work . Called willies to get it fixed was told they did not have time. I know it was not that big of a job .I got the warranty because I am 69 years old and do not want to have to do this anymore .
