Doctor Willie Jones and his staff are exceptional in all areas of my medical care, as well as my mother's. As his patient, I feel heard, respected, and cared for. Doctor Jones takes time to explain my diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps in an approachable manner. Every visit he patiently takes time to go over my labs while explaining each result. I never leave a visit confused because he provides clear, easy-to-understand post-care instructions resulting in me feeling empowered and informed.
Dr Jones was excellent as usual. Attentive, listens to you issues and questions and develops a plan with you to work on a solution.
