Called had water leak they informed me between 9 and 12 Casey came around 9:30isg located the leak and fix it . Very happy we have water again . Thank you Casey. This is the second time we used there service very happy Definitely recommend
I received a quote from this company last year for installation of a pump toilet, vanity and faucet. The price was fair and I intended to proceed until something came up personally and I had to hold off. When things were looking better to proceed in April this year (2025) I emailed to let them know and was told they'd look at the numbers and get back to me. That was 3 months ago. Bad customer service when they get seemingly that miffed about being held off of a project and in return a customer gets ghosted like that by them.... read more
had them unclog a kitchen drain, which they did ok but they cracked my p-trap and told me I needed a new one, Unfortunately I said ok. Next thing I know they took off and came back an hour later claiming they didn’t have one on the truck - I was billed over $100 extra for the most common part in plumbing - A COMPLETE SCAM !
