Willie C has cut my hair in the past (about 10 years ago before I moved to Seattle). My brother had been a bunch, etc. But when I went to get my hair cut this time, I showed him a picture TWICE and he still cut my hair much, much shorter than the picture or how I EVER wanted it. It wasn't until I reminded him that I wanted to have some curl to my hair that he realized he had cut too much.
